Terms & Conditions Consent Form
Once an online, written or verbal booking has been accepted by Kiki Crystals, the client will have entered into an agreement to have a treatment or purchase of product based on the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment read carefully the following information before accepting any service by Kiki Crystals.
I give my consent to participate in Reiki treatment sessions with Kiki Crystals and understand that the services provided are intended to provide relaxation and stress reduction. In-person Reiki treatments are given fully clothed on a massage table. They are not considered massage therapy.
I understand that the services provided during this Reiki session are in no way a substitute for traditional medical treatment or advice. I am fully aware that my Reiki practitioner will not offer any diagnosis or recommend any medical treatment or medication. Reiki is a complement and support to traditional medical or psychological care.
Long-held imbalances in the body can require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed to activate the body's natural, regenerative abilities and to bring the system back into balance.
I agree and understand that my participation in any Reiki Session is voluntary and that, at any time during the Session, I can choose to end my participation.
I also understand that Reiki's effects can extend past the treatment session and that I may experience physical, energetic, or emotional shifts or sensations during the 48 hours following the session.
I understand that any information exchanged during any session is educational in nature and is to be used at my own discretion. I also understand that any information I share during any session with Kiki Crystals is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any other person or entity without my written permission.
Finally, I understand that by providing this informed consent, I am assuming full responsibility for participating in this Reiki Treatment Session with Kiki Crystals.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds on Reiki services that have already been provided.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, kindly give me 48hrs hours notice.

​Bookings cancelled on the day will not be refunded or credited.
NO SHOWS

A client is considered a no-show if 15 minutes has elapsed since the start of their appointment and they have not arrived at the appointment location. No shows will not be refunded and will forfeit any money paid to Kiki Crystals for the session.
REFUSING TO TREAT
I have the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment at any point. Circumstances where this may apply include, but are not limited to:

The client is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs

Recent surgery

The client behaves in an inappropriate or offensive manner

The client is or becomes unwell e.g. fever, digestive upset, allergic reaction, seizure, fainting

A client is under care for a medical issue that is a contraindication for therapy, this will be discussed during consultation
​Medical Treatments
Treatments conducted by Kiki Crystals are not a substitute for proper medical diagnosis and treatment. At no time will a client be encouraged to stop medical treatment or reduce or change their prescription drugs without prior discussion with a GP or consultant first. It is also the client’s responsibility to consult with their GP and get approval before any treatments can commence.
