Aries (March 20th - April 19th)
Aries is represented by the fearless ram which is befitting since they tend to dive in headfirst like the point of a spear. Aries is the beginning of Spring and is the first sign of the zodiac wheel. Each sign learns from a lesson absorbed by its preceding signs on the wheel, making Aries a bit impulsive and they tend to learn lessons the hard way. This makes them an extremely bold, passionate leader. They thrive on taking the first step for the rest to follow and grow. The courageous woman climbs the stairs with confidence to lead the rest into battle. The ferocious energetic wolverine growls in the bodies of the rams. As a fire sign, they are known for their explosive temper; yet like the match at the bottom, their outbursts do not last long. They are upbeat, playful, and determined to live life to the fullest.
Taurus (April 20th - May 20th)
Taurus is represented by the bull due to their need for a relaxing and serene environment; surrounded by soft sounds and soothing aromas. The Earth signed Taureans stand together on each hill to represent their steadfast, loyal-natured friendship. On the first hill, they sit relaxing and enjoying dandelions blowing in the wind made from their constellation and symbol. The petals float down the pathway ahead to represent their outdoorsy and adventurous needs. They can be seen as stubborn however, on the second hill the two are just admiring their environment and the adventure ahead before pursuing it. The woman walking through the portal that leads into the mountain at the top, looks back to invite the admiring two on the second hill to join her. Although they are light-tempered the third hill showcases their feisty side; when they and/or their friend are provoked they have no problem with “giving you the horns”. Notice the star dust mixing with earth at the top and the molecule above the symbol at the bottom - these represent the “the bull of the heavens” mythology, known for the creation of the Earth and Heavens.
Gemini (May 21st - June 20th)
Geminis are generally represented by the twins; this is meant to signify the complexity of their many collective strengths. Their duality is not to be confused with a multi-personality but instead multi-functionality. Geminis rarely have a hidden agenda. This Omnivert has the versatility to adapt to any situation with a clever multi-skillset and can quickly recover from even the most embarrassing foot-in-mouth moments. Geminis move too fast to care about their missteps - instead they simply move on. Each of the women at the top and bottom have a skill for the task at hand. The top-left woman has the gift of persuasion and wins over many hearts and minds. The top right woman has the ability to change the shapes to any immediate puzzle, The bottom left woman is challenged with the enigma of time. The bottom right woman quickly learns and utilizes the bountiful scrolls of knowledge. As an air sign, the nimble women in the center are surrounded by the directional wind. They are playing with what looks like a social butterfly but is actually two cuttlefish side by side. The Gemini symbol has two talking bubbles as if the women are engaged in a quick-witted conversation.
Cancer (June 21st - July 22nd)
Cancer is represented by the crab. The crustacean seamlessly weaves between the sea and the shore, representing Cancer's ability to exist in both the emotional and material realms. Ruled by the moon that pulls the oceans and creates the tides. This water sign is highly intuitive, and their psychic abilities can manifest in tangible spaces like water. Cancers can effortlessly pick up the energies in a room, shown by the droplet joining the seas of rough and calm waters. Their self-awareness is like the tides constantly moving in and out of focus. Their personality is layered and of many moods. They are not seeking approval from the outside world, instead are actively trying to adjust their external environment to reflect their inner world. Leo (July 23rd - August 22nd)
Leo is represented by the lion; these spirited fire signs are the kings and queens of the celestial jungle. The proud woman enters the room and takes her place at the end of the red carpet, for she has the attention of her pride. These astrological divas appreciate their lavish dinners, exclusive events and favored decadent wear. The sword and targeted shield rise above her to represent her “knightly” tendencies that attracts attention, some unwarranted. Ruled by the unwavering sun, the dazzling celestial body that governs life and vitality, this fire sign - brings warmth to all and never goes retrograde. Leos are natural leaders and love to see their friends succeed until they feel threatened. This can be confused with jealousy; however, it is predominantly that they just want to be their best for everybody. Leos are defined by the strength of their physical, mental and emotional fortitudes. Virgo (August 23rd - September 22nd)
Virgo is represented by the “Virgin” due to their pure sprit. Virgos are one of the most internally thinking signs. Their constellation is represented internally, and the woman's universe is ever expanding within herself. They are an Earth sign and historically represented by the goddess of agriculture. The tree is deeply rooted in intelligence. Like a computer, they have a knowledgeable, extremely logical, and practical systematic approach to life. Libra (September 23rd - October 22nd)
Libra is represented by the scales; this is to reflect Libra’s fixation on balance and harmony. Libras are obsessed with symmetry and they strive to create equilibrium in all areas of life. After harvest season in ancient times, the Libra sign was characterized as the time to divide the harvest equally and make sure it was fair for all. Life is a game of calculated chess, constantly plotting several steps ahead in order to orchestrate an eventual checkmate. This does not mean their intentions are necessarily nefarious, they just simply know what they want and are not afraid to work hard at playing the long game to get it. The woman holds her head up to show her psychic strength over the emotional realm. She is extremely clairvoyant and intuitive. They are often confused for a fire sign due to their overbearing passion. Instead they are a powerful water sign like a mighty wave that can cut and crush any object overtime. Sagittarius (November 22nd - December 21st)
Sagittarius are represented by the centaur archer. This centaur goes all-in and shoots its fiery arrow into space and time to shine the light into the darkness. Sagittarians are captivating characters who can light up any room with their exhilarating tales, infectious laughter, and dynamic charm. They have a perpetual need to explore the unknown. The arrow delves into the depths of the universe and deeper into the human mind. They want to understand how the world works and seek answers in places others would not dare to venture. Being a fire sign, Sagittarius tends to form their opinions quickly based off their emotions and brutally honest truth. Capricorn (December 22nd - January 19th)
Capricorn is represented by the seagoat, a mythological creature with the body of a goat and the tail of a fish. This showcases the Capricorn's duality along with their skills of navigating both the material and emotional realms. This is why they are grounded in reality when it comes to making dreams come true and have an extreme pursuit of a work-life balance. The exceptionally ambitious seagoat scales to the top of the steepest mountain. It does this not to be admired or to be the center of attention; but to be respected and prove their own abilities to themselves. This Earth sign taps into its inner fortitude to overcome whatever stands between them and their long-term goals. They don’t let anything distract them from getting ahead. Aquarius (January 20th - February 18th)
Aquarius is represented by the water-bearer, the mystical healer who bestows life upon the land. As the most humanitarian sign, these revolutionary thinkers support “power to the people,” and inspire change in the world through radical social progress. The air signed woman comes from out of her portal to help fuel the rebellious fists demanding widespread reform. The fists rise from out the upside-down UFO to emphasizes their unique free-spirit and eccentricity. As an air sign, Aquarians have much to say as illustrated by the outburst frame. They can often be identified by their offbeat fashion sensibilities, unusual hobbies, and nonconformist attitude. If they were a white sheep, they would dye their wool black just to prove a point. The comet enjoys its independent freedom traveling through space bumping and encouraging others with a push. The dove on the left holds a mortar and pestle and the dove on the right holds a wand. They are awe-inspiring and enchanting as they create something out of nothing.
Pisces (February 19th - March 20th)
Pisces are represented by two fish swimming in opposite directions. The fish on the left is awake and swims in the waters of the material realm. The fish on the right is asleep and swims in the starry dreamscape. This is meant to illustrate the Pisces clash between fantasy and reality. Their boundless imagination provides them with visions that gives them the ability to adapt to their surroundings. The last symbol of the zodiac wheel, Pisces have absorbed every lesson of each preceding sign. All of the joys, pains, hopes, and fears of the rest of the signs makes Pisces the most psychic, empathetic, and compassionate creatures of the astrological wheel. With such immense sensitivity, Pisces can easily become swallowed-up by their emotions and must remember to stay grounded. The heart produces the water the fish needs to survive in.
