We'll begin with a gentle energetic cleansing and a short guided meditation to help you ground, settle, and connect with your intention. From there, we’ll gather in circle around a communal bowl filled with sacred salt—symbolizing purification, grounding, and collective healing. Each participant is invited to add offerings to the bowl—herbs, spices, small objects, or simply spoken words—infused with their personal intentions. Whether it’s letting go of heaviness, inviting in clarity, or simply being witnessed in your truth, this space is here to hold it all.

It’s a space for sisterhood, emotional release, and deep remembering.
