Service Description

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful healing practice rooted in Eastern traditions, focusing on the flow of vital energy throughout the body. This energy work aims to release emotional distress, ease anxiety, and promote deep relaxation by restoring balance and harmony within. During your session, you'll relax on a comfortable massage table in a serene environment with soft lighting and calming music. You’ll remain fully clothed, and I’ll provide cozy sheets, blankets, and a bolster under your knees for maximum comfort. Using a hands-off or light-touch approach, I’ll assess your chakras to identify areas of imbalance. Crystals will be thoughtfully placed around your body to amplify the healing energy and guide it toward restoring balance and well-being. Each person experiences Reiki uniquely. You may feel a gentle warmth, tingling sensations, or soothing energy. Some clients enter a deep meditative state or even drift off to sleep during the session, but rest assured—you will receive the full benefits whether awake or asleep. At the end of the session, we’ll take time to discuss your experience and my findings. I’ll share which chakras were out of balance, any intuitive messages I received, and practical insights for continued alignment. As an added bonus, the session will be recorded and emailed to you, so you can revisit the insights and guidance whenever you wish.
