Service Description

Reiki therapy is based on an Eastern belief that vital energy flows through your body. Reiki is meant to resolve emotional distress by allowing healing energy to flow freely throughout the body, which results in relaxation and reduced stress and anxiety. Treatment is done on a massage table, the lights are lowered and quiet, gentle and calming relaxation music is played. You remain fully clothed, sheets, blankets and a bolster under the knees are provided for the utmost comfort. I will place my hands just above your body, access which chakras are out of balance, then place crystals around your body to amplify and help guide this energy in a way that promotes balance and healing. Each client experiences Reiki differently. It is common you may feel a very slight tingling, heat, or energy, or nothing at all. Some clients are so relaxed that they reach a deep meditative state or even fall asleep during the session. Don’t worry though, you will still receive all of the benefits of the session, sleeping or awake. After the session is complete we will go over findings and discuss which chakras were out of balance, relay intuitive messages I received and give you a chance to describe your experience. Each session is recorded and emailed for you to look back on whenever you wish.
