Kristen creates a sacred space with crystal quartz singing bowls, bells, planetary chimes, tingshas, a rose quartz alchemy bowl, zaphir chimes, handheld crystal bowls, and other soothing percussive instruments. You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably and be held in waves of sound that relax your body and calm your mind. At the same time, Kiki shares Reiki, a gentle flow of energy that clears blockages, restores balance, and invites peace and alignment within. Together, sound and Reiki weave a powerful yet soothing experience — helping you release stress, ground into the present moment, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
